Hey all–I wanted to give you a heads up about a few places I’ll be in the next few weeks if you should have an urge to see me.

Tonight, 8/1/2013, I’ll be at the Artsplace in Fremont, Michigan. This is a really cool local arts hangout–part gallery, part classroom. In fact, I have a mosaic art class the two hours prior to the presentation, so forgive me if I show up covered in grout. I’ll be appearing with three other talented local authors, Joselyn Vaughn, W.S. Gager, and J.Q. Rose. We’ll be talking about what inspires us! To inspire you, there will be books for sale and snacks. A portion of the proceeds will be be going to the Artsplace to support the arts in Newaygo County.

Next week, on 8/10/2013, I’ll be participating in the Reading Rocks in Rockford street fair. This is my first year participating and I’m stoked. There’ll be loads of talented authors there, including Lisa Orchard of the Super Spies Series. Come out and wander the streets in Rockford; it’s a great town.

Before I run get ready for tonight, I wanted to let you all know that Flying in the Dark is now out in print. This is my favorite cover; I was so happy to hold it in my hot little hands!
